Bishop Darrin Christopher Johnson is an authentic Prophetic voice with an Apostolic anointing to advance the Kingdom of God and has been serving for more than 30 years. He began ministering the Gospel in 1983 while serving, in his parent’s church, Fellowship Pentecostal Temple, Camden, NJ. He studied Music Education and Religion at Lincoln University, PA. ​In 1997 Bishop Johnson co-established and currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Dominion International Church Cathedral in Norfolk, Virginia: affectionately known as Dominion Cathedral.

Dr. Tamarra V. Johnson is a compassionate woman of God with the mission of bringing healing and wholeness to those who are broken in spirit.  Dr.  Johnson received  a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. Dr. Johnson went on to further her education receiving a PhD in Clinical Psychology at Regent University's and currently serves as a Psychology Professor at Tidewater Community College.  Dr. Johnson is a life skills coach, parenting and relationship expert.

Bishop Brandon Jacobs

Senior Pastor, New Zion Temple Church

Bishop Brandon A. Jacobs, Sr. is the Founder and Pastor of New Zion Temple Church organized December 14, 2006. Bishop Jacobs was called into the gospel ministry at the age of 9 and began preaching at age 13. He received his license at the Mount Hermon Missionary Baptist Church, East Chicago, IN under the leadership of Reverend Andre McGhee. In June 2003, he received his ordination at New Jerusalem Temple of the Living God, Marlton, New Jersey under the leadership of Reverend Sharon R. Robinson, where he served as Youth Pastor from 2000-2004.

Bishop T. Allin Moore

Senior Pastor, King’s Dominion Life Center Ministries

Bishop T. Allin Moore is the founder and Senior Pastor of the King’s Dominion Life Center Ministries, Inc., a non-denominational Pentecostal Christian church in Los Angeles, California. He also serves as the West Coast Jurisdictional Prelate of the Dominion Alliance of Pentecostal churches, under the leadership of Bishop Darrin Christopher Johnson, International Presiding Prelate. Bishop Moore has a passion for teaching and preaching the Word of God, as well as a great desire to equip the saints for the work of the ministry.

Pastor Yvette T. Chalmers

Yvette T. Chalmers is a Christian, Devoted Wife, Loving Mother, Grandmother, God Mother, Spiritual Mother to dozens and a Youth & Young Adult Pastor at New Light Church - Chesapeake, VA where Darryl J. McClary Sr. serves as Bishop. Born in Portsmouth, Virginia she is known inside the Body of Christ as a voice of power and purpose to the youth.

Bishop Joel V. Brown

Senior Pastor, New Jerusalem ICM

Bishop Joel V. Brown is an anointed teacher, preacher and prophet. His ministry parallels with the Prophet Joel in that he walks with the prophetic mantel on his life. Bishop Brown is the Founder and President of Vincent Ministries Inc., a non-profit organization. The mission of this organization includes re-establishing Kingdom values in the marketplace, and assisting young men and women in reaching the potential that God has for their lives. Bishop Brown, Vincent Ministries and New Jerusalem ICM have established an initiative to fight the war on domestic and sexual violence, by being a part of the Coordinated Domestic Violence Response Team in Chesterfield County, Virginia. 

Overseer Surtonia Burton

Senior Pastor, Freedom Church International

Surtonia Y. Burton is a relevant voice of the Gospel throughout the region. Her innovative style of teaching, illustrations, and biblical categories enhance the worship experience while the believer hears the Word of God. It is her belief that clearly communicating the infallible truths of God’s Word is key to preaching in order to win the lost and empower the believer. Pastor Burton commenced her preaching ministry on June 11, 1994 under the direction of her parents: the late Bishop Walter & Evangelist Mildred Burton. She was ordained an Evangelist in 1997 by her parents along with the Pastor’s of the New Freedom Fellowship of Churches.

Bishop Bruce Parham 

Pastor\Founder, Oasis of Refreshing 

Bishop Bruce V. Parham was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He is the youngest of three sons given to Pastor Arthur and Almeda Parham. Being raised a son in ministry, both physically and spiritually, instilled his burden for ministry. Bishop Parham answered the Lord’s call to preach in 1986. As an evangelist, he facilitated thousands of souls coming into the Kingdom of God and encouraged countless others.

Dr. Dee Evans

Founder, Dee Evans Ministries International

Dee Evans is a native of Asheville, North Carolina. In 2009, Dee accepted her call to ministry while attending undergraduate school at Winston Salem State University. In 2012, she moved to Chesapeake, VA to complete a Master of Divinity degree at Regent University. Dr. Dee is also a graduate of the Regent University’s School of Business and Leadership seeking with a Doctor of Strategic Leadership. Throughout her academic career, Dr. Dee has received numerous awards which include Winston Salem State University’s “Outstanding Leadership Award”, Regent University’s “Global Missions Award” and many more.

Pastor and Founder, Dominion COGIC

Pastor Clarence L. Sellers, Jr. is the Pastor and Founder of Dominion COGIC. He was born to Apostle Clarence Sr. &  the Late Overseer Norvice Sellers, July 11, 1976. Pastor Sellers was reared in a God-fearing home. His parents taught him that holiness is not a denomination but a way of life. He embraced their teachings (the holiness lifestyle) and developed a relationship with God for himself.

Bishop Ernest L. Moore Jr.

Senior Pastor, New Zion Temple Church

Bishop Ernest L. Moore, JR. is premiere prophet & prolific Pastor and teacher. A native of Richmond, Virginia and third generation Pentecostal Preacher Elisha of the Bishop Joseph L. Samuels. Bishop Moore became a licensed minister in 1988 under the leadership of Chief Apostle Olive C. Brown, D. Min.

Bishop Moore has served several churches such as Pastoral Ministry Koinonia Church in Richmond, VA, Famer St. COGOP in Petersburg, VA, and Cathedral of Life in Temple Hills, MD. In 2000, Bishop Ernest Moore started Destiny International Holistic Ministries.

Prophet Jonathan James

New Covenant Church 

Prophet Jonathan James is a native of Chesapeake, Virginia. Prophet Jonathan was license as a minister at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Norfolk, Virginia under the leadership of the late Bishop I. Joseph Williams. As Prophet Jonathan matured, he began to realize the responsibilities upon his life as both a man and as a man of God. Great introspection took place, and God began to advance and further himself deeper inside his servant. As Jonathan learned more of who he was and what the Father required of him, he began to grow spiritually and have a greater level of wisdom. After proper training and mentorship, Prophet Jonathan began walking in his call with a new measure of boldness and authority.
